Step 2: Build Your Job Queue

Next, review talent profiles to find photographers or videographers who are available for your job. 

Each profile includes portfolios, gear preferences, and reviews, making it easy to find the right fit. 

Once you’ve reviewed the available talent:

  • Select the people you’re interested in hiring.
  • Add them to your Job Queue for this particular job.

Step 3: Choose Your Job Offer Type

ShootWith.Me offers two types of job offers, tailored to how quickly you need to fill the job:

  1. Ranked Offers:

    This method allows you to send job offers to your selected candidates one at a time in the order you rank them. It’s ideal if you want to prioritize working with specific individuals, even if the process takes a bit longer.

    If speed is a priority, Instant Offer sends the job to all your selected candidates at once. The job is filled by whoever accepts it first, making it perfect for last-minute or time-sensitive hires.

Once your job details and offer type are set, it’s time to post the job. From there, it’s in the hands of the photographers or videographers you selected—they’ll receive the offer and either accept or decline it.
